Although it ships unassembled, it can be installed quickly using the included hardware and installation instruction kit. Staff can connect the panels' cam-action locking system to compression gaskets to create an airtight joint. To conserve energy and maintain generated temperatures, each panel is insulated with 4-inch-thick closed-cell, water-resistant AK-XPS4 rigid foam, which is permanently bonded to the interior and exterior metal skin. All interior and exterior surfaces are laminated with a 26-gauge, stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant Acrylume® protective coating.This walk-in cooler is built with a 76-inch-tall swing-type entrance door that's flush with the rest of the unit for a seamless appearance.
